Instructions

Thank you for your interest in Membership with GSAR. Please thoroughly read through the following information before making your selection. Please reach out to us if you are unsure which application to complete.

Please complete all fields. If you have been a member of National Association of REALTORS as a Realtor or Affiliate member in Colorado or any other state, you will have a NRDS number. You can search your NRDS number at nar.realtor or call the office to obtain that information. You do not want to create a duplicate ID number. Upon completion of this application, the office will review your information for final approval.

Please note that all application fees and dues are pro-rated upon joining. State, National, and Local dues are collected by the local association and dispersed. Those fees are collected on a calendar year. When applying, you will become a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and Glenwood Springs Association of REALTORS. All boards have a no refund policy.

Primary Designated Realtor® $756 Annually + $360.00 One-Time Fee

Select this membership type if you are the broker owner/managing broker for a firm. Brokers selecting this option are choosing to make GSAR their primary board. NAR MLS rules state that the broker must also be a participant as well as a subscriber.

MLS Fees- $60/month

Primary Realtor® $756 Annually + $360.00 One-Time Fee

Select this membership type if you would like to be a primary member of Glenwood Springs Association of REALTORS. When joining as a primary member, you are also joining National Association and Colorado Realtors. If you are transferring from another local association and would like to become primary at GSAR please reach out to our office.

MLS Fees- $60/month

Realtor Appraiser $756 Annually + $360.00 One-Time Fee

Primary REALTOR® Appraiser Membership: for State of Colorado licensed appraisers who desire access to the Aspen/Glenwood Springs MLS ACTIVE & SOLD DATA. Similar to our REALTOR® Memberships, Appraiser Memberships can be Primary or Secondary.

Use this form if you would like to be a primary appraiser member of Glenwood Springs Association of REALTORS. When joining as a primary member, you are also joining National Association and Colorado Realtors.

MLS Fees- $60/month

Realtor® - Out of State $555 Annually + $360.00 One-Time Fee

Select this membership type if you have a license in another state than Colorado which you consider your primary board. You will pay national and state dues to your primary board. You will also pay state dues for Colorado.

Secondary Appraiser $360 Annually + $360.00 One-Time Fee

Secondary REALTOR® Appraiser Membership: for State of Colorado licensed appraisers who desire access to the Aspen/Glenwood Springs MLS ACTIVE & SOLD DATA. Similar to our REALTOR® Memberships, Appraiser Memberships can be Primary or Secondary.

Use this application if you are a primary member at another association. You will have all rights as a primary member but will only pay local dues. State and National dues will be paid through your primary.

Secondary Realtor® $360 Annually + $360.00 One-Time Fee

Select this membership type if you are a primary member at another association looking to join GSAR as a secondary member. You will have all rights as a primary member but will only pay local dues. State and National dues will be paid through your primary.
