Thank you for your interest in our Affiliate Membership Program! The Glenwood Springs Association of REALTORS® is an active organization of approximately 500 members in 170 offices. In addition, there are roughly 50 Affiliate members.
Here are just a few of the many benefits available to our Affiliate firms:
Participation in our welcome package for new members
Ability to sponsor the Orientation breakfasts and/or lunches for our new members which gives you the opportunity to speak to the group and promote your business
One free set of REALTOR® and Affiliate member mailing labels at the time of membership approval
Participation in Board Committees and Project Teams
Free Listing of company name and contact information in Affiliate section on the Board’s website at www.gsar.realtor
Invitations to attend and/or sponsor Board activities like the Golf Tournament, “After Hours” events and annual banquet at member rates
Eligible to win an “Of The Year” award given annually, also you may vote in the annual “Of The Year” awards selection
Free distribution of your marketing materials to new REALTORS® at our orientation and training meetings
Access to sold data in the Aspen/Glenwood MLS

NEW OFFICE FEE: $600
ANNUAL DUES: $330 (pro-rated monthly, please call for current amount) The Annual Dues of $330.00 allows for two members per firm. There is a $100 annual fee for each additional member. In the event the designated representative(s) leaves the firm’s employ or another representative is appointed, please notify the GSAR office within 30 days. Membership belongs to the firm and does not transfer with the designated representative.
