GSAR Member/Subscriber Application
GSAR's membership and subscription options are below. Please thoroughly read through the following information before making your selection. Please reach out to us if you are unsure which application to complete.
Fees will be processed immediately upon approval of your application and must be paid in full prior to access to the MLS or any REALTOR® benefits are made available.
Please complete all fields. If you have been a member of National Association of REALTORS as a Realtor or Affiliate member in Colorado or any other state, you will have a NRDS number. You can search your NRDS number at nar.realtor or call the office to obtain that information. You do not want to create a duplicate ID number. Upon completion of this application, the office will review your information for final approval.
Please note that all application fees and dues are pro-rated upon joining. State, National, and Local dues are collected by the local association and dispersed. Those fees are collected each calendar year If you are a Realtor member, when applying, you will become a member of the National Association of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, and Glenwood Springs Association of REALTORS. All boards have a no refund policy.

Autopay is available for all membership and subscription options.
Application fees are one-time unless membership or subscription is terminated.
New Offices can only be established by the Employing Broker of Record with DORA, who is responsible for adequate supervision of Colorado Real Estate licensees activities and may be responsible for dues, fees, and assessments owed by their licensees activities with the Glenwood Springs Association of REALTORS® and MLS.
GSAR bills quarterly and auto pays will be processed on the first day of each quarter. Invoices can be paid by either the Broker, Brokerage, or individual agent.
Application Fees:
Primary & Secondary REALTOR & Appraiser: $360
Non-REALTOR Member (or member of Non-Shareholder Association) or MLS Only: $360
Non-Licensed Assistant: $175
New Office Setup- GSAR Member- $1200
New Office Setup- MLS Only or Non-Shareholder Office: $1200
Affiliate Office: $600
** Application fees will apply for any participant or subscriber who is de-activated due to non-payment after 60 days, in addition to all past due balances.
Quarterly MLS Access Fees:
Primary & Secondary REALTOR & Appraiser: 180/quarter
Non-Realtor or MLS Only subscriber: $216/quarter
Non Licensed Assistant: $90/quarter
Affiliate member: $90/quarter

NAR Dues: $156
