Taught by Connie Tremblay, this 4 CE class meets the Code of Ethics requirement for REALTORS® and Appraisers. Ethics must be completed once every three years. The current cycle is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027. * * This class will be hosted at the Glenwood Springs Community Center. Per DORA regulations, attendees who are over 10 minutes late may not be admitted for credit. ** GSAR reserves the right to change how a class is hosted, depending on the needs of the instructor, GSAR staff, or any regulations.
