An active member of the Glenwood Springs community since I moved here in 2000 with my family, I have consistently been in the top 5 % of the area Realtors and have been voted "Best Realtor" by the readers of our local paper, the Glenwood Springs Post Independent in 2014,2015 and 2016.

I have been fortunate to have served as a Director on my local Board of Realtors thanks to the votes of my peers.

I have significant experience working with both buyers and sellers in residential real estate in traditional sales as well as foreclosures and short sales. 

I work with investors on identifying properties, and can provide turn key rehab services through my team of contractors.

I represent several local and national banks in helping them dispose of their foreclosed properties.

This is my full time career and livelihood. I believe that putting my clients' interests first is more important than closing a deal.

I live in Glenwood Springs with my wife, Deborah, my two daughters; Kate and Claire and my dog and 2 cats!. In my free time I love to ski, mountain bike, play soccer and enjoy the great Colorado outdoors.
